Refund/ Returns Policy

We can not return any edible (or drinkable) products after they leave the store.

● Smokables (such as flower and prerolls) cannot be returned.

○ The ONE exception to this would be if mildew/mold is visible on flower that was purchased

recently.

● If a product was purchased more than 24 hours ago, it cannot be returned.

○ This is generally to help employees distinguish between a situation where a product is eligible

for return or ineligible. This too, may have exceptions based on specific circumstances.

● Examples of unacceptable issues for a return include the following:

○ The customer does not like the taste, the customer decided they wanted something different

after leaving the store and/or using the product, the customer broke their cart/disposable after

purchasing, etc.

● Examples of acceptable issues for a return include the following:

○ Dead battery, leaking device, Unable to charge,etc.

● When accepting a return, please fill out the return sheet with the following:

○ Brand, Product, Reason for Return, Date, and Initials

■ Please be detailed in the reason for return. This will help us determine common issues, as

well as help determine which products are best for us to continue carrying across our locations!
